Single night supplement:
Single night supplement of £3.00 per person will be added. (Windrush £10.00)
All prices include English breakfast for the specified number of people. All prices include VAT. Three rooms are situated on the ground floor

Cancellation policy.
"Please be advised that our cancellation policy requires 24 hours notification of a cancellation i.e. midday prior to the day of arrival. If you are unable to use the reservation for any reason please advise us as soon as possible to avoid cancellation charges. If your cancellation falls within 24 hours of your stay or we do not receive notification, we reserve the right to process payment in full if we are unable to re-let the accommodation."
