Locally, you can enjoy Cogges, a working farm museum on the banks of the river Windrush, and the Bishops Palace, both just a few minutes walk from The Witney.

You are in easy reach of Oxford by excellent bus service (every 15 minutes), and many other Cotswold attractions such as Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold and lovely Cotswolds Wildlife Park.

Blenheim Palace is close by and Stratford-upon Avon and Warwick Castle within easy travelling distance.
